Department
The Heart Centre is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Cardiac Technologist, who is keen to participate in an exciting team environment. The Heart Centre is a superbly equipped facility, which conducts both invasive and non-invasive procedures. From February the Heart Centre will run 5 cardiac catheter labs and 13 digital echo machines.
Position Summary
This is a full time position working within our predominately in our Cardiac Cath Lab but with opportunity to work in all other clinical areas such as ECG’s, Holters, Stress tests, Pacing. Cath lab work will include the opperunity to work in LHC, RHC, EP , PPM implants and Structural interventions. Participation in an on-call roster will be required.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Hold an Applied Science degree or equivalent.
- Completion of recognised PPM degree of Certificate
- Extensive experience in invasive and non-invasive cardiac technology
