DEPARTMENT

Health Information Services provides medical record document scanning and importing, statutory reporting, information Release to ther health services, transcription and clinical communications across The Alfred, Caulfield and Sandringham Hospitals.

POSITION

Alfred Health's HIS departments have a permanent part-time opportunity in the role of HIS Clerk, primarily based at The Alfred Hospital.

In this position your role will include document collection from clinical areas, preparation, scanning, quality checks, validation and archiving of medical records. Other HIS administrative duties are included in this role, i.e. telephony, information release, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Year 12 graduate or relevant experience
