Alfred Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Aboriginal Nursing students for paid work experience within one of our three industry leading hospitals.

A cadetship will provide you with the chance to gain valuable on the job experience to support your studies, all while being paid! This is a great opportunity to experience working as part of a talented, caring, dedicated and innovative team committed to improving the lives of our patients and their families.

To be considered for this cadetship, you must:

  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing qualification
  • Have completed your first year of the course and maintained a pass grade in all subjects
  • Be able to commit to 40 shifts over a 12 month period
  • Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
