The Department
The Clinical Resource Service provides support and expertise in the area of consumables and devices to facilitate optimal patient outcomes in clinical areas across Alfred Health.
The Role
The clinical resource manager oversees the strategic use of medical equipment and consumables within the organisation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role will work closely with the Clinical Product Advisor, the Inpatient Medical Equipment Manager, ICU Equipment and Infrastructure Nurses, Manager Inpatient Medical Equipment, EMIS Administrator, Biomedical Engineering Leadership and Engineering to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance in whole hospital operational strategy for medical equipment and clinical consumables
Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
- Masters level qualification or working towards i.e. completion of units to grad cert level.
- Recent extensive clinical nursing experience
- Current and satisfactory Police Check
- Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check according to clinical area
