Patient Experience Officer- Volunteer Program
An exciting opportuntiy/secondment has arisen within the PECE team for a person who is passionate about leading a volunteer program that fosters meaningful contribution of volunteers and improves the patient and staff experience at Alfred Health.
- Fixed Term ending April 2026
- Part Time at 64 hrs per f/n (4 days per week)
- Grade 4 Administrator
- Based at The Alfred
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised person to join Alfred Health's Patient Expereince and Consumer Engagement team as the Volunteer Coordinator. This role focuses on focuses on ensuring volunteer contributions are safe, meaningful, supported and responsive to organisational needs.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in a healthand/or management
- Experience in coordinating Volunteer programs and/or extensive experience in volunteer/consumer/community participation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to work in a consultative manner.
