The Department
The Innovation and Learning Department includes the innovation and improvement team, library, simulation and runs an innovation and education hub. We are a small dynamic team who are enthusiastic and committed to learning, innovating and improving
The Role
We are looking for two healthcare innovation fellows who will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge projects and make a significant impact on our organisation. You will be responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the areas allocated throughout the fixed term appointment.
We are looking for someone with design thinking for innovation, a creative thinker, facilitator of workshops, curious, good at story telling, savvy with in person and on line formats for collaboration and a change agent
Skills
- Conduct research and drive key insights for innovation

- Design methodology through discovery, defining, developing and delivering projects
- Great written and verbal communication of complex ideas
