The Department
Alfred Health Support Services provides non-clinical support services across Alfred Health, these services include cleaning services, car parking and fleet management, waste management, gardens and grounds, distribution, security and access control, ward support, linen services, ancillary services, food services and hospitality.
The Role
The Ward Support Assistant will provide a customer focused service to patients and relevant stakeholders of Alfred Health and adhere to all requirements ensuring the support services are delivered in an efficient and effective manner. The Ward Support Assistant will perform all scheduled and ad-hoc support tasks within a specific ward as required.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- You must hold a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
- Have the ability and adaptability to participate in change
