DEPARTMENT

The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.

POSITION

The purpose of this role is initially work with the IT Asset Management (ITAM) project team to deliver the IT Hardware component of the asset tool.

Once tool is in production, role will be to maintain IT hardware component and produce regular management reporting and recommendations for replacements and budgeting. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer Alfred Health’s asset management and asset data collections tools
  • Manage Configuration Management tools
  • Data Cleansing processes and activities
  • Create and maintain dashboards and management reports
  • Promote effective use of the CMDB within the organization in support of all ITIL/ITSM & operational processes
  • Work on projects, service request and incidents as requested by Infrastructure TL and IT Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or at least 5 years equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certificate
  • Experience administering Forescout
  • Experience administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Experience administering Ivanti Neurons or similar tool
  • Experience with Ivanti Service Manager or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of technical concepts
  • Experience working in complex operational ICT environments
  • Demonstrated learning agility
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge for Power BI Report Builder or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is desirable
