This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a world-class hospital service, where the primary purpose of this role is to:
Lead a clinical informatics partnering model with clinical programs across Alfred Health to improve usage, effectiveness and relevance of clinical information systems.
Serve as the strategic interface with the assigned clinical programs and teams for the purpose of their clinical technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Engage with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the clinical systems learning strategy aligns with continued adoption of Clinical Information Systems.
Design, implement and embed the effective utilisation of change management activities within clinical application projects.
Support Alfred Health’s progress to achieve desired accreditation (e.g. HIMMS) as relates to clinical informatics and change.
