The Operations support team is a dynamic team that provides operational support across all clinical areas at the Alfred in response to organizational priority, managed by the Clinical Operations Manager overnight.
The Role
The Hospital at Night team is a unique service that provides clinical support in response to organisational needs overnight. You will demonstrate ability to prioritise and respond to clinical organizational requirements, working across a variety of clinical areas.
Skills
Registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Excellent Organization and Time Management skills
Proven people and communication skills including relationship building, cooperation, conflict resolution
Patient Centred focus, adaptability, respecting diversity, innovative thinking, application of evidence into practice and self management
Ability to work independently as well as working with others to deliver outcomes
