The Department

Alfred Health Support Services provides non-clinical support services across Alfred Health, these services include cleaning services, car parking and fleet management, waste management, gardens and grounds, distribution, security and access control, ward support, linen services, ancillary services, food services and hospitality.

The Role

The Workforce Rostering Support position works within the Administration Support Team to ensuring accurate rostering and payment sign-off of employees across all of Alfred Health Support Services (AHSS).   

Qualifications and Experience Required

Essential 

  • Previous experience in workforce management including creation of rosters
  • Experience working within strict administrative processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness     

Desirable    

  • Previous experience in a Public Health setting
  • An administration, business or public health qualification
