Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory, to inpatient and home and community-based services.
Alfred Health are seeking applications from suitably qualified Registrars, or Medical Officers (PGY3+) who have interest and experience in the medical side of hospital inpatient medicine. Suitable applicants may be finalising their BPT, an on-shore IMG or looking to re-enter the work force at General Medicine Advanced Physician Training level after some time away. The successful applicant will be offered a full time contract through until February 2024 (variations can be considered).
The role will be linked with the General Medicine training program and we will have some flexibility to negotiate the specific clinical experience to support the successful applicants career goals. This can be discussed during the application and assessment process.
Senior clinicians with a range of backgrounds, clinical practice and non-clinical interests provide supervision and mentoring.
Due to the commencement date, you must hold current medical registration with AHPRA and have relevant approved working rights in Australia.
