POSITION SUMMARY:

The E&TC Concierge is a key non-clinical position which contributes to the improvement and support of COVID-safe practices in the E&TC. 

The E&TC Concierge will support and supervise COVID safety - promoting and fostering a culture of outstanding customer service for patients, visitors and external staff throughout their journey in the E&TC.

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Nursing, the E&TC Concierge will be responsible for a clearly defined list of responsibilities working across all shifts on a rotating roster including morning, afternoon, night duties and weekends.   

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your administration or customer services skills to the health sector and community.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

You will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills to appropriately work with members of the public and a variety of health professionals.  Experience with managing reception and the ability to multi-task are core skills required as well as a basic understanding of medical and hospital terminology.
