About us

Alfred Mental & Addiction Health is responsible for the operation of services, which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.

The single most important goal of Alfred Mental & Addiction Health is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery, supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director and Deputy Director of Operations, Adult and Older Adult Services.

You will be the initial contact for enquiries, diary management, meeting coordination, assisting, and performing other duties as directed.

About you

  • Outstanding inter-personal skills, and strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with a high level of efficiency and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent PC and ICT skills, proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office 365 application
  • Australian working rights and full Covid-19 vaccination
  • Be willing to undergo a Background Check
