The Alfred Heart Centre is offering two 12-month advanced cardiac imaging fellowships, focused on cardiac MRI and CT. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the busiest cardiac MRI units in Australia, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, education, and research. Fellows will be supervised and trained by internationally renowned experts in cardiac imaging, gaining exceptional hands-on experience in a wide range of cardiac MRI and CT indications, including structural heart disease, cardiomyopathies, ischemic heart disease, and congenital heart disease. The unit is highly research-active, offering ample opportunities for involvement in clinical studies and academic output. Successful completion of the fellowship will typically satisfy Australian accreditation requirements for cardiac CT and MRI. Prerequisite qualifications include Australian medical registration as well as three (3) core years of Advanced Training in cardiology, or a recognised equivalent.
