Department Summary:
We have a great opportunity for a full time Admin Support (HS1, 1EFT) in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at The Alfred.
Position Summary:
This Administrative role will focus on providing support to our outpatient clinics in our Allergy, Asthma & Clinical Immunology Service, located at The Alfred.
Duties include scheduling patient appointments, including new referrals, clinic follow up, as well as supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Demonstrated experience in the outpatient clinic setting is required, as is strong organisational, customer service and computer skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of attention to detail is also required.
