The Alfred Foundation (TAF) creates and nurtures philanthropic partnerships between the community and The Alfred, generating funds which will lead to better health care.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fundraising and Development, the Individual Giving Manager will implement and manage all key elements of the Alfred Foundation’s individual giving program ensuring the delivery of strategic fundraising priorities, supporting growth in revenue from donors.
Taking the lead on all individual giving activities and working with the broader Foundation team, the Individual Giving Manager will deliver multi channel annual renewal appeals, campaigns, acquisition and regular giving.

About you
Essential
- Minimum of 4 years experience working on fundraising appeals and regular giving programs
- Proven experience managing multi channel campaigns and appeals including Direct Marketing, Telemarketing, digital and F2F
- Have a sound knowledge of fundraising principles and techniques, and privacy and confidentiality
- Donor centred with a proven track record of contributing to and delivering strong fundraising results
- People oriented with a mature outlook and able to manage staff, work with volunteers and suppliers, and collaborate with team members and hospital departments with a professional and positive attitude
- You are self motivated, responsible, flexible, with an eye for detail, exceptional skills in project and time management, organisation and communication with a touch of creative flair
Desirable
- Experienced in fundraising platforms and CRMs, Raisely and Salesforce experience
- Experience with copywriting, proofing and editing
- Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline
- Experience with events and activations
