The Department
The Payroll Services & HRIS Applications Department provides payroll services, HR administration-related and HRIS systems support to all employees across Alfred Health.
The Role
The SuccessFactors ECP Applications Support Analyst plays a critical role in the delivery of technical support, system optimisation, and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules—primarily Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This position is integral to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of Alfred Health’s core HR and payroll systems, ensuring they operate in alignment with organisational goals and comply with relevant regulatory standards.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential
- Victorian Certificate of Education
- 2-3 years’ experience in a medium to large organisations in HRIS support, with a specific focus on SAP SuccessFactors (ECP).
- Exposure to Awards, EBAs and Legislation and payroll practices and systems.
- 3-4 years’ experience working closely with (or part of) HR and payroll functions.
Desirable
- SuccessFactors ECP certification
- SuccessFactors EC certification
