Registered Nurse - Ward 7 West

  • 2 x Permanent Part -Time roles: up to 72 hours per fortnight each, full time position can be considered upon request

The Department

Ward 7 West consits of 36 beds for patients receiving care under the Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology and Palliative Care units. Ward 7 West delivers care through a multidisciplinary team approach in combination with a team-nursing model of care. Ward 7 West belongs to the Infectious Diseases Service delivered by The Alfred Hospital.  

The Role

Ward 7 West is seeking motivated and experienced nurses with a background of both specialised Infectious diseases/Gastroenterology or general medical and/or surgical nursing.  If you are wanting to take your career to the next level and enjoy the challenge of working within a dynamic team who pride themselves on a team-nursing model of care then this could be the job for you. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Be a motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a team environment
  • Have a current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster (morning, afternoon & night duty)
