The overarching vision of the Digital Health division is to enable “easy access to person-centred, smart and connected quality care”. The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information, data and research across the organisation. It is also progressively developing and supporting initiatives to enable patients to also use digital health innovations to support their own care and health management.

Position Summary
The Portfolio Analyst & Delivery Coordinator champions high-quality portfolio management and delivery coordination across Digital Health, enabling evidence-based data-led decisions and successful execution of strategic initiatives. They will support the Portfolio Governance Manager and Leadership Team with portfolio analytics, delivery coordination, and scenario modelling to drive the identification, selection, prioritisation, and delivery of strategic projects and transformational change initiatives.
Partnering closely with Digital Health leaders, program/change managers, and business stakeholders, the role ensures a consistent flow of timely, accurate, and actionable information across portfolio governance forums, transformation working groups, and steering committees.
The role will help mature and sustain agile portfolio governance operations, a PM Centre of Excellence, PM Communities of Practice, promoting best-practice portfolio, project, program, and change management disciplines, providing strategic business analysis, process-mapping support, functional subject matter input, and broader capability uplift activities, by contributing to the governance and execution of change initiatives that underpin achievement of the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential
- 7-10+ years of cumulative experience as a portfolio analyst, program coordinator, project controls officer, or change delivery coordinator, and / or similar role.
- Tertiary postgraduate qualification (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Portfolio, Program and Project Management, or related discipline
- Formal project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe, P30, P3M3, MSP, MOP or equivalent)
- Experience in portfolio prioritization, scenario modelling, and contingency planning in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise portfolio management office (ePMO) or IT portfolio / program management office (PMO) environments supporting IT strategy and portfolio execution.
Desirable
- Professional services, consulting, or previous healthcare IT transformation experience
- Understanding of healthcare governance structures, workflows, and healthcare stakeholder management
- Experience in managing clinical and non-clinical program dependencies and priorities.
- Formal process improvement qualification (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Human Centered Design (HCD) principles and UX/UI, lean systems / design thinking methodology expertise
