The Role

Manage Alfred Health’s Executive Office Reception requirements and provide administrative and secretarial support to the two Deputy Chief Operating Officers (DCOOs).

Skills and Experience Required

  • Pleasant and professional manner and experience liaising with a variety of people, including staff, senior management, visitors and patients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to provide support to various areas of the organisation in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work flow and prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in researching information using various internal and external resources.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive and to take responsibility for tasks.
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
