The Role
Manage Alfred Health’s Executive Office Reception requirements and provide administrative and secretarial support to the two Deputy Chief Operating Officers (DCOOs).
Skills and Experience Required
- Pleasant and professional manner and experience liaising with a variety of people, including staff, senior management, visitors and patients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist others.
- Ability to provide support to various areas of the organisation in a confidential manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to plan work flow and prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in researching information using various internal and external resources.
- Ability to be flexible and proactive and to take responsibility for tasks.
- Strong PC skills, proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
