About us

The Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) Clinic is seeking a motivated and organised Part‑Time Administration Officer to support our growing service. This role plays an important part in the delivery of the Alfred Care Group’s Respiratory Protection Program, which ensures staff are equipped with appropriate respiratory protective equipment to safely perform their roles.

About the Role

As the RPP Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to the clinic, including:

  • Collecting, managing, and maintaining clinic data
  • Completing accurate data entry and supporting database upkeep
  • Assisting with documentation collation and record management
  • Supporting clinic operations and engaging with staff and stakeholders

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with staff across the organisation, supporting a safe workplace environment for all.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Has strong administrative and data management skills
  • Communicates professionally with staff at all levels
  • Enjoys working in a supportive, health-focused environment
