The Department
We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our SuccessFactors Project Team and play a key role in the implementation of a unified SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and UKG Pro rostering system across Bayside Health.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation, driving system adoption through the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging training solutions.
The Role
- Design, develop and deliver training programs supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Develop learning resources (facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, system simulations)
- Deliver training across multiple formats: face-to-face, virtual and digital
- Partner with project and business teams to ensure alignment with processes and policies
- Support change and adoption activities across the organisation
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
- Provide post-implementation training and support
About You
You are an experienced learning professional who can translate complex systems into practical, user-friendly training. You bring:
- Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong capability developing and delivering training for enterprise systems (ideally HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, meaningful learning experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
