The Department
AMAH’s Lived/Living Experience (LLE) workforce is growing, and this leadership role focuses on building capability, supervision structures, and professional development for consumer LLE staff across all service streams.
The Role
You will lead education, reflective practice, and support initiatives to strengthen role clarity, recovery oriented practice, and workforce wellbeing. You will also oversee the Consumer Peer Cadet Program and contribute to LLE governance and system improvement.
Qualifications and Experience required
- Lived experience as a consumer of mental health challenges
- 3+ years in a designated LLE role & 2+ years in LLE leadership
- Experience providing supervision, coaching, feedback and boundary holding
- Confidence in designing/delivering training
- Cert IV TAE (or willingness to complete)
