Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified HMO's for a full-time appointment to Alfred Health as a 2026 Unaccredited Ophthalmology Junior Registrar.
Duties will include:
- 7-8 ophthalmology clinics per week at Alfred Hospital;
- 1-2 operating lists per week at Alfred or Sandringham Hospital
- one in three weeks on call;
- medical student teaching.

- Ophthalmology experience
- Post-graduate experience
- Knowledge and experience in performing procedures
