About the role

We’re looking for a Change Analyst to support the delivery of Bayside’s HRIS implementation.

This is an opportunity to be part of a high-impact transformation, helping shape how our people systems are introduced, adopted and embedded across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the Change Lead, project team and business stakeholders to support change, communication, and engagement activities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of the change and communications approach for the HRIS / Workforce Systems program
  • Developing and maintaining key change artefacts (stakeholder lists, impact assessments, comms, training support materials)
  • Assisting with stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities
  • Coordinating communications and engagement initiatives across the program
  • Supporting business readiness tracking and adoption activities
  • Working closely with project and functional teams (e.g. P&C, Payroll, IT) to ensure change impacts are understood and managed
  • Helping prepare content for steering committees and other governance forums

About you

  • Experience in a Change Analyst or similar role, ideally in a system implementation or transformation environment
  • Exposure to HRIS, workforce, payroll or people systems projects is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to get in and support where needed
