The Department
Alfred Health Support Services (AHSS) is responsible for the overall delivery of numerous Support Services functions including; Cleaning, Gardens and Grounds, Ancillary, Security, Ward Support, Food Services, Fleet Management and Car Parking, Waste, Linen Management.
The Role
The Security Team Leader is a key member of the Security Services Leadership Team within their designated campus. This role assists the Supervisor with implementing security operations and plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and leading day-to-day security operations and developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential
- A minimum hold current Certificate II in security operations
- Possess a current Victorian Security License
- Possess a current level two (or higher) First Aid Certificate
- A background of experience in Security industry
- Have the ability and adaptability to participate in change
Desirable
- Experience managing or supervising a security team as a shift coordinator or equivalent
