The Department
The MSBase Foundation
is an independent not-for-profit organisation that owns and operates the MSBase Registry - a unique international collaborative registry designed for clinicians working in the field of multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neuroimmunological diseases (NIDs), to collect, track, share and evaluate patient outcomes data.

The Role

The MSBase Foundation is looking for a talented Full Stack .Net developer with strong Angular skills to join our team as we embark on an exciting and innovative technology roadmap. This is an opportunity to be part of cutting-edge technology in neuroimmunology research.

This essential role will be a critical member of the MSBase IT team and collaborate with our development partners.  There will be an element of maintaining existing solutions as well as developing new systems and internal tools in collaboration with the Head of Technology

This is a rewarding role with interesting complexities.  We want you to bring your own ideas to the table, and to have a voice in the direction of both the product and future tech roadmap. You will be encouraged to champion your own ideas and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential (Key Selection Criteria)

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent plus minimum 2 years previous experience in similar technical role(s).
  • 2 years’ experience with C# focused on web technology.
  • Flexibility, transparent & collaborative approach to ways of working.
  • Development experience as a full-stack developer, with focus on .NET and/or Azure tech stack
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with a Javascript front end framework (Angular preferred)
  • Ability to produce functional documentation
  • Ability to successfully champion your own ideas and solutions
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high quality technical solutions

Desirable

  • Professional Certifications
  • Experience with Azure
  • Experience working in Agile environments and/or projects would be advantageous.
  • Experience in health research or medical industry
  • Experience using Azure Board, JIRA, Trello, and similar tools
