THE DEPARTMENT:

The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Team Leader, Microsoft Office 365 is responsible for leading a team of O365 professionals who focus on the development, administration, and support of the Microsoft Office 365 platform. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team management skills. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, resolving support issues, and architecting solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Forms. The appointee will play a crucial role in implementing governance models, fostering collaboration, and providing direction for the strategic use of Office 365.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Proven track record of Office 365 and SharePoint Online design and implementation.
  • Practical experience in the development and implementation of O365 governance and security frameworks.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in the O365 platform
  • Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent.
  • Intelligent analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage personal workload to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft or Office 365 certification is highly regarded.
  • Ability to provide after-hours support when necessary.
