The Department
Psychology is an Allied Health Department, providing services across the Alfred Care Group. The department is staffed by Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists.
The Role
The clinical neuropsychologist provides clinical neuropsychology services to patients of general medicine at Sandringham Hospital.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Please refer to the relevant position description for details.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Neuropsychology.
- Registration under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.
- Endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.
- Approved Psychology Board of Australia Supervisor
- Skills and experience in the assessment of decision-making capacity and knowledge of Victorian law relating to decision-making capacity.
