  • 12-month program
  • Permanent contract
  • Part-time, 64 hours per fortnight
  • Two six-month rotations for all graduates

Join our General Nursing program and work with a friendly and supportive team whilst you develop your career as a professional registered nurse.

Gain valuable experience working in General Medical or Surgical wards, Emergency and Trauma Centre, Aged Care & Rehabilitation, Burns & Plastics, Cardiac & Thoracic, Oncology, and Operating Suites - to name a few!

In addition to the clinical support provided, several structured learning and developmental opportunities are provided throughout your graduate year to support you.

We offer a range of nursing specialities and encourage and support our graduates at all campuses to actively further their professional development.

After successfully completing the Graduate Nurse Program, Bayside Health is offering ongoing permanent positions

  • These positions are open to graduates who are eligible for the PMCV 2025 graduate match and have thus far been unsuccessful in matching with a health service
