DEPARTMENT:

The department of Capital Projects has responsibility across Alfred Health for the following key hospital functions:

  • All capital and infrastructure works

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of designated capital works projects ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget and contractual conditions.

This involves the client-side management of multiple projects with a strong focus on ensuring all projects meet performance quality, safety and environmental objectives. 

This position will require a high level of communication and writing, liaison, negotiation and organisational skills together with a strong commercial acumen. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction or other appropriate tertiary qualifications, or relevant experience
