DEPARTMENT:
Alfred Health's Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Rehabilitation Centre provides rehabilitation services for people with moderate to severe acquired brain injuries including traumatic brain injuries, stroke, hypoxic brain injuries and other causes of non-progressive brain injury. The service is comprised of a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation service, a community rehabilitation service and a 4-bed transitional living service.
POSITION:
As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing and coordinating all aspects of quality patient care. Under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care in ABI and neurological rehabilitation. You will be working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on to achieving the best possible outcome for our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
To be successful, you will be a high performing nurse who is patient focused, motivated and enjoys the challenge of working in a complex and interesting environment.
Proven experience in acute nursing is required.
