The Department

The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and
carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information, data and
research across the organisation a. It is also progressively developing and supporting initiatives to enable patients to
also use digital health innovations to support their own care and health management.

The division encompasses:

  • Information Technology
  • Clinical Information Systems
  • Data Governance and Security
  • Digital Strategy and Transformation

The Role

The position sits within the Digital Health division and has responsibilities within the division, as well as providing a broader receptionist and support function across the 541 St. Kilda Road location.

This position will have reception responsibility for Digital Health and the other departments at 541 St Kilda Road as the face of this Alfred Health site you will assist visitors in checking in and way finding. The position also supports the administrative function of facilities management and coordination across the building to provide a smooth and functional working environment.

In addition this role will provide some broader administrative support to staff of the Digital Health Team in order to contribute to the provision of quality services.

Qualifications & Experiences Required

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in assisting in preparing documents
  • Experience in working in a busy, fast paced environment
