The Position Summary
The Senior Change Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end change management outcomes for large-scale operational projects that enhance centralised decision-making, streamline workflows, improve organisational efficiency, and support the co-location of key teams. These projects focus on optimising patient flow, resource utilisation, and system-wide coordination through innovative processes, workforce integration, and technology-enabled solutions.
Sitting within Operations, this role will work closely with executive leaders, operational teams, subject matter experts, and frontline employees to co-design and embed new ways of working that enable more effective collaboration and real-time decision-making. By implementing structured change management strategies, the Senior Change Lead will ensure that transformation efforts are successfully adopted, sustainable, and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Certified in any or more of the following change management disciplines; CCMP through APMG, PROSCI, Change Agile Institute, or CMI
- Formal qualification in psychology, management, organisational change management or human resources / or a related equivalent discipline.
- Proven experience working as a senior change lead, on transformation programs in complex and dynamic environments, preferably in health
- Experience in end-to-end change application from initiation through to adoption as well as an understanding of modern Lean-Agile, behavioural change and design related principles or practices.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, advanced SharePoint etc.)
- Exposure/experience with, AZURE Boards, Rally, Trello, MIRO, Confluence, Apptio and Power BI, etc. is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments, knowing when and how to pace the change within the context of the environment and stakeholders.
