About us

Alfred Mental and Addiction Health (AMAH) is responsible for the operation of services, which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.

The single most important goal of AMAH is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery, supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.

What you’ll be doing

You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and the Associate Director of Nursing and Operations, AMAH.

In addition, you will support specific projects through report preparation, data review and coordination of inputs. 

About you

You will have:

  • Relevant experience at executive level with a proven ability to provide a broad range of administrative support together with advanced knowledge, experience and accuracy in all facets of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to customers and stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to determine workload priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Appropriate work visa and be willing to undergo a Background Check
