The Alfred provides a comprehensive range of medical diagnostic and therapeutic services with a modern range of equipment across all modalities.
The departmental clinical governance strategy ensures a high standard of care for patients undergoing radiological examinations and promotes a multidisciplinary team approach.
Alfred Health Radiology is fully accredited with the Department of Health.
The Radiology Ward Assistant will work closely with the Nurse Manager and nursing staff in Radiology to ensure the smooth running of the Radiology store area in particular the angiography stock. This involves the daily replenishment of equipment used in procedures, and quality assurance.
The duties and responsibilities will involve a mix of administrative and support for clinical staff, and the key responsibilities are outlined below.
Computer skills- experience with Word and Excel
