You will be joining a vibrant and dedicated team that is passionate about providing a high quality recruitment experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You will manage a portfolio of departments within the wider organisation, ensuring that recruitment activity for vacant positions occurs in a timely manner, and according to best practice. Common duties will include:

  • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to hiring managers
  • Advertising and candidate sourcing
  • Contract generation
  • Candidate onboarding
  • Responding to recruitment queries as they arise


To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven experience and passion for recruitment
  • Experience in a high volume setting preferred – this is a fast paced role!
  • Strong knowledge across advertising, candidate care, interviewing and stakeholder management
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills, along with excellent time management
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and other recruitment software / MS Office
