The Department

The Digital Health division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Health Senior Manager, who possesses the skills across all elements of the software development life cycle within Health, as well as possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders across all health-related disciplines. The role will establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with vendors, especially business and clinical stakeholders to deliver upon EMR requirements. The role will involve variations of Strategy and Planning, Operational Management and most importantly, Staff Development.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Health Science or Business (or related discipline)
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing highly engaged teams and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • In-depth IT Operations technical expertise across complete enterprise environments
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Cerner product suite desirable
