- Grade 2 Occupational Therapist (classification VF6 – VF9) – Hand Therapy

- Minimum three years’ clinical experience in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated clinical skills and awareness of OT clinical practices in hand and upper limb therapy
- Demonstrated ability to design and fabricate custom-made orthoses/splints
- Demonstrated participation in professional development relevant to the position.
- Established skills in organisation, planning and priority setting.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork, and a proven ability to relate effectively to people at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and modify service delivery in accordance with evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the principles of continuous quality improvement
- Demonstrated skills in clinical supervision and teaching
- Experience working at a tertiary health setting.
