The team at the Haematology Oncology Clinic are looking for someone with excellent customer service and patient focus to join their team. You will join our dynamic and passionate team in the position of Ward Clerk located on the First Floor William Buckland Building.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your will be required to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, strong computer/keyboard skills, be familiar with Cerner PowerChart and Scheduling. Responsibilities will include: Front Reception, Patient Enquiries, Clinic Preparation, Electronic Appointment Scheduling, Patient Admissions, Telephone Support and Data Entry. Experience with high volume workload an advantage. Customer relations and excellent communication skills are essential to this role. Your goal is to promote and maintain good customer relations with patients, visitors, and other hospital staff.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
Experience with managing telephones and reception are essential
Excellent clerical and computer skills
Ability to multi-task are core skills required.
