DEPARTMENT:

Alfred Health is the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne and is also a major provider of specialist services to people across Victoria. The health service operates three outstanding facilities, The Alfred, Caulfield, and Sandringham.

POSITION:

As Associate Nurse Unit Manager you are a member of the nursing leadership team on the ward who assists the Nurse Unit Manager to operationalise the core values of the organisation and plays a pivotal role in meeting the broader organisational imperatives.

You are also responsible for managing clinical risk and implementing systems and processes to improve patient outcomes. As Associate Nurse Unit Manager facilitates timely patient care, access and flow across the continuum of care.
