Radiology administrative clerk

About the role!
The vibrant and busy radiography department is fully accredited and provides a comprehensive range of medical diagnostic services including ultrasound, all general work, theatre, fluoroscopy and CT.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clerical support in the Radiology department and to ensure the provision of Radiology service in a timely, effective and efficient way, meeting both our customer's needs and Alfred health standards of practice. If you have solid computer skills and a pleasant phone and customer manner, you will be ideally suited to this role.
What about you?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent customer service focus both over the phone and face to face, ideally bringing with you an understanding of Medical Records and Terminology.
