The 5 East nursing team are a compassionate, enthusiastic team of highly skilled nurses, specialising in acute respiratory nursing care. 5 East delivers care through a multidisciplinary team approach which is facilitated by daily ward rounds and frequent team meetings.
POSITION:
5 East are seeking a passionate Clinical Support and Development nurse to cover a 12 month maternity leave position. The 5 East Clinical Support and Development nurse role requires an experienced Respiratory Nurse with a strong focus on quality and development of staff. The position offers a mix of clinical and non-clinical work with a strong candidate being someone who is currently working within a leadership team with a grounded knowledge of the organisation. The Clinical Support and Development Nurse position ultimately provides an excellent opportunity to positively influence the patient experience and to establish, develop and mentor a strong nursing team.
