Echocardiography Admin Support
Full time - 76 hours per fortnight (Part Time may be considered)

The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine/Heart Centre at The Alfred assesses and treats patients with all forms of adult cardiovascular disease. The department comprises of outpatient clinics, investigation suites and an in-patient ward co-located with the Alfred Department of Cardio-Thoracic Surgery. It has close links with the adjacently situated BakerIDI Heart and Diabetes Institute. In addition to patient care the Department has an extensive research and education programme.
The role of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Echocardiography team.
Reviewing and assisting with Urgent outpatient TTE bookings will be a secondary Focus. Previous hospital or patient interaction experience is a must.
Strong computer skills and experience in a busy medical practice is essential.
Experience with CERNER Scheduling appointment preferred.
