The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine (or Heart Centre) provides a complete range of cardiology services covering General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Structural Heart and Arrhythmia specialities and undertakes clinical research activities in affiliation with Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. The Cardiovascular Medicine Department is involved in a large number of international and local clinical trials from Phase 1 first in human to Phase 3 randomised controlled trials investigating newly developed drugs and devices for clinical use in Cardiovascular medicine.
The Structural Heart Program requires an additional Registered Nurse to assist with cardiac clinical research The position will also involve clinical research with cardiac device studies, with a special interest in Cardiology - Structural Heart Interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in cardiac nursing is essential
Experience in research is preferred but not essential
Experience with computers is essential, including excel and word.
Experience in maintenance and administration of databases is desirable
Easy public transport access and discounted staff car parking
