The department

Alfred Health Emergency Services delivers emergency care to the population of Melbourne at The Alfred Emergency & Trauma Centre and the Sandringham Hospital Emergency Department. There are cross-campus management and administration structures which ensure that all patients received timely, quality, care when they present to an Alfred Health facility. Alfred Health is known as a leader in the provision of emergency and trauma care.

The role

The Senior Administrator is a multi-skilled support position providing professional administration and reception functions within the Emergency Services Program. Our administration team members are highly valued contributors to patient care through their enablement of our clinicians and clinical services.

Skills & experience

We're looking for an experienced administrator with particular skills and experience in:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to leadership teams and broader departments.
  • Utilising O365 products to increase productivity and modernise administrative processes.
  • Coordination of complex rostering and payroll processes.
  • Comprehensive committee secretariat responsibilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
