  • Fixed Term until June 30, 2021
  • Full time 80 hours per fortnight (incl ADO)
  • HS4 classification
  • remuneration is up to $90,000 p/a + super

The Department

The Workforce Systems Development Project is responsible for the implementation of workforce systems and processes for Alfred Health which will ultimately deliver an organisational workforce data model.  The completion of SAP Success Factors HRIS modules, the upgrade of Kronos Workforce Central to version 8.1 and the creation of an Alfred Health Data Warehouse for workforce data are all encompassed under the umbrella of this project. 

The Role

The Business Analyst – Workforce Systems Development Project is responsible for assessing the business and information needs of Alfred Health services and contributes to the design and development of business requirements that improve business efficiency and productivity.  You will take the lead role in gathering business & user requirements from key stakeholders and documenting these requirements into specifications.

Skills 

To succeed in this role you will have

  • Experience in process mapping/modelling
  • Experience performing business analysis activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, skills and/or experience in Business Analyst capacity
  • Skills in training, presenting and public speaking an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills in managing multiple stakeholders
