The Department

The role is an integral part Alfred Health Centre for Innovation (AHCI). AHCHI is focused on advancing excellence in education and solving persistent healthcare problems. AHCHI facilitates collaborations and partnerships, in health and industry to build the capability of the Alfred Health’s workforce today and deliver innovative solutions. 

Alfred Health has an opportunity for an administrator to work within the AHCHI team, to support Alfred Health’s Learning Management System (LMS). You will be part of a supportive, fun, creative, interdisciplinary team with experience, knowledge and development opportunities.  Within this role you will be able to influence online education in healthcare and contribute to the exploration of innovative solutions, to the challenges in health based learning.

The Role

In this position you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the LMS including responding to helpdesk queries, providing technical support and training, report building and online course development.

To be successful in this role you will have experience, knowledge and skills working in technical support of LMS or ICT systems and online course development.

Skills 

  • Totara/Moodle Learning Management System support
  • Experience with helpdesk response
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline/Adobe or other authoring tools
  • ICT skills
  • Multimedia skills
