Administrative Worker Grade 1 - HS1
Based at The Alfred
In this role, you will be receipting and allocate the payments received to accounts, along with processing a daily bank reconciliation and follow up. You will maintain a high level of Customer Service via email, on the phone and in person and following up any overdue accounts.

Proficient in patient Administration and Billing systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have demonstrated experience with a proven knowledge of billing methods, rules and compliance techniques
